Cannabis Infused Mocktail: The Virgin Mary
Ingredients:
1 cup organic tomato juice
1/2 cup organic lime juice
1/4 cup simple syrup
1 ounce cannabis-infused simple syrup
Celery salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Tips:
When making cannabis-infused simple syrup, use decarboxylated cannabis to ensure that the THC is activated.
Tinctures purchased from legal dispensaries can be used and are quicker and easier than decarboxylating at home.
